Free to enter, the Farm Shop & Deli Retailer Awards, in partnership with The Grocer and championed by Fieldfare, are highly respected in the industry for playing an important role in supporting, and celebrating, the UK’s independent, specialist retail market across six categories and seven regions.
This year, the awards will be celebrating specialist retailers and recognising their achievements in the independent sector.
No matter how large or small your steps may be, or what financial investment you have made, if you’ve demonstrated the above in your business, then we want to hear about, and celebrate, it!
FOR 2025, OUR AWARDS ARE ALL ABOUT SHOWCASING CHAMPIONS WITHIN SPECIALIST CATEGORIES
Our 2025 Awards:
- Categories for 2025 include Delicatessen, Farm Shop Large, Farm Shop Small, Independent local shop/Village store, Online business and, new for 2025, Other Specialist Retailer (encompassing Baker, Butcher, Cheesemonger, Fishmonger, Food hall and Greengrocer).
- We are offering seven 'Best in Region' awards for Anglia, Midlands, North of England, Northern Ireland, South of England, Scotland and Wales.

- The judges will also be looking to nominate entrants to win our ‘Newcomer of the Year’ award.

The Awards organiser, William Reed, has been helping businesses succeed since the launch of The Grocer in 1862 and the drive to inform and serve their sectors flows through everything they do today.
